FOR SKINCARE PRODUCTS
We can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, it's crucial to report this as soon as possible to ensure that we can take appropriate action.
In such cases, please reach out to us at itssublimebeauty@gmail.com. We aim to get back to you within 7 working days to discuss the next steps, which may include a refund or replacement depending on the situation
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Only products purchased on itssublimebeauty.com may be returned for a refund.
- We do not offer exchanges to international locations.
- We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
- We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
- Shipping fees, customs/duties, or any additional fees are not eligible for refunds.
- We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for collection boxes/bundle sets.
- You must return the complete collection box/bundle set for a refund.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item(s) has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc. we cannot refund or accept a return.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS IF:
- Packages are refused do to high duties and taxes.
- Packages are refused by the customer upon delivery.
- Packages are not picked up by the recipient at the holding facility.
- Packages cannot clear customs because of restrictions.
- Items are missing because they are confiscated by customs.
- The package has an inaccurate or incomplete address.
- The order is en route.
- The package is subject to issues with the carrier, including, but not limited to, packages that are stolen, marked as delivered but not received by the customer, marked as undeliverable, or returned to the sender.
